We accept Visa or Mastercard payments online or, if you prefer, you may print the payment form and fax it to us on 03 9529 6777.

Our credit card service provider charges us a small percentage for use of the service. We are prepared to absorb this expense for payment of our professional costs up to $1,000 and up to a further $1,000 for disbursements, ie. out-of-pocket expenses we pay to others, such as stamp duty, counsel's fees etc, up to a total limit of $2,000.

If either the professional costs, or the disbursements exceed $1,000 on your bill of costs, we will add a surcharge of 2.5% to the total of the bill. By using our credit card facility you agree to this surcharge.
